Counselling That Meets You Where You Are
You may desire closer relationships, be questioning your sexuality, processing trauma, exploring gender, grieving the life you thought you had to live, trying to feel safe in your body again, or simply know that something feels off. Online counselling gives you the space to begin at your own pace. You do not need to have the perfect words for how and what you feel.
Specialist Support for LGBTQ+ Adults, Women, Trauma Survivors, & People Navigating Identity
Within The Walled Garden, each pathway represents a different private route toward healing, self-understanding, and lasting change. Just as every garden requires different conditions to flourish, each pathway is carefully tailored to the emotional, relational, and nervous system patterns you may be carrying.
This is a confidential counselling practice for people who value privacy as much as personal growth.
Together, we move at a pace that allows growth to feel grounded, sustainable, and bespoke.
Functional Freeze
The Hellebore Path - Support for people who are still functioning outwardly, but feel internally frozen, flat, foggy or disconnected.
This pathway offers a steady, trauma-informed space to understand functional freeze and begin restoring a sense of connection, energy and choice in everyday life.
Self-Worth & Relational Patterns
The Camellia Path - For clients exploring self-worth, attachment patterns, relational dynamics, and the internal narratives shaped by early experiences and later relationships.
Particularly supportive for those who are outwardly capable, yet internally self-critical or disconnected from emotional needs.
LGBTQ+ Affirming Counselling
The Lavender Path - For queer, lesbian, gay, bisexual, pansexual, asexual, trans, non-binary, and questioning adults seeking counselling that does not treat identity as a problem.
This pathway offers a space where sexuality and gender are understood as integral to lived experience, relationships, and selfhood.
Trauma & Sexual Trauma Support
The Foxglove Path - For survivors who want trauma-informed support that respects consent, pacing, embodiment, and choice.
Work here is led gently, with attention to nervous system responses, relational safety, and rebuilding a sense of internal trust over time.
Coming Out Later in Life
The Wisteria Path - For people exploring sexuality or gender in adulthood, including those navigating relationships, marriage, family expectations, grief, fear, relief, or uncertainty.
This pathway is particularly supportive for those holding complex, layered lives, where identity exploration is shifting all areas of life.
Somatic Experiencing & Embodiment
The Linden Path - For people who want to understand how stress, trauma, shame, or dysphoria may live in the body, not only in thoughts.
This pathway supports reconnection with bodily experience in a way that is gradual, respectful, and never forced.
Body-Positive Counselling
The Rose Path - For clients working through body shame, appearance pressure, queer body image, fatphobia, ageing, confidence, or disconnection.
This work is about changing the relationship to the body. Particularly in environments where achievement and appearance have become tightly bound.
Trans Voice Coaching
The Aster Path - For trans and non-binary people exploring voice, communication, confidence, dysphoria, and self-expression.
This pathway supports embodied and psychological alignment between inner identity and outward expression, always led by autonomy and consent.
Burnout & Executive Pressure
The Magnolia Path - For high-achieving women navigating high responsibility roles in law, finance, healthcare, academia, entrepreneurship, or the creative industries, who are functioning at a high level while experiencing burnout.
This pathway explores the tension between competence and private distress.
Transition & Life Recalibration
The Iris Path - For individuals in periods of transition: career change, relocation, relationship endings, identity shifts, or emotional realignment.
This pathway supports clarity, decision-making, and reconnection with internal direction when external success no longer feels aligned.
LGBTQ+ Couples Counselling
The Sweet Pea Path - Support for LGBTQ+ couples who want to strengthen communication, deepen understanding, and navigate life's challenges together with greater connection and care.
Whether you're rebuilding trust, navigating conflict, exploring identity, or simply wanting to reconnect, counselling offers a supportive space to understand one another more deeply and move forward together.
Qualified, Ethical, & Affirming Online Support
As a member of the British Psychological Society, I offer online counselling and therapeutic support, grounded in ethical practice, psychological insight, and deep respect for lived experience. As a plus-size lesbian, my work is LGBTQ+ affirming, trauma-informed, and body-aware.
How Online Counselling Works
Sessions take place online by secure video call, and you can attend from home (or another private space). Our first consultation will help establish fit, from there we will see if we’ll work together long-term, short-term, or on a goal-focused basis. We will also discuss confidentiality, consent, and safety clearly, at the start. You set the pace.
